The amount of happiness that you have depends on the amount of freedom you have in your heart.

Today I am ecstatic and full of light, happiness, and love. Truth: I found it in myself. Nobody helped me feel this way. I just feel blissfully happy. Maybe taking one day off of work in the middle of the work week is all I needed to find my happy center again? Either way, I am taking full advantage of this feeling. Nobody will steal my light today.
